Denman by the Numbers

With every parcel now mapped, we can finally look at the island as a whole. The new Denman by the Numbers page shows the breakdown: how many lots, the mix of zones, how many residences, the share in the Agricultural Land Reserve, total assessed value, and median value by neighbourhood — including distinct areas like Little Burnaby.

It also estimates property taxes using the actual published rural rates for our jurisdiction, so we can see the rough scale of what the island contributes and how it splits by zone.

These figures are built from public data and clearly labelled where they're estimates. As we add building footprints and assessment detail, the picture will sharpen.
