- Residential Setbacks
- Front: 7.5m (R1/R2), Side: 3.0m, Rear: 7.5m
- Sea Setback
- Buildings: 15.0m, Sewage disposal: 30.0m
- Maximum Height
- 7.0m near sea, 9.0m inland
- Home Occupations
- Permitted with restrictions on employees, signage, and nuisance
- Secondary Suites
- Maximum 40% of dwelling area, 90m² cap
