The Denman Island Local Trust Committee moves its review of visitor-accommodation regulations to priority No. 2 and places development of a memorandum of understanding with K’omoks First Nation at No. 3. Staff will create a document based on the strategic-planning discussion. [1]

Trustees say the guest-accommodation review has a related bylaw-enforcement moratorium in place for a significant length of time. They also say scoping the memorandum of understanding would provide a first step on that priority. [1]

The committee asks staff to work on the Housekeeping Project as their time permits. Trustee Busheikin says she will forward pertinent information to staff to assist with a report on the First Nations priority. [1]

The committee also confirms its budget and schedules its next regular meeting for March 3, 2015, at 10:30 am at the Denman Seniors Centre. [1]
