At its August 1 meeting, the Denman Local Trust Committee gave first, second and third readings to a proposed amendment to its fees bylaw to reduce fees where an application is for affordable housing.^[1]

The committee also resolved to forward the amendment to the Islands Trust Executive Committee for approval.^[1] The minutes record those steps but do not record a final approval.^[1]
