The Denman Island Local Trust Committee asked staff to prepare a draft terms of reference for a study of the proposed seniors’ affordable housing project’s water supply and sewage disposal impacts on local groundwater. [1]
In its November meeting, the committee also asked staff to compile information needed to create draft rezoning bylaws for the project. [1]
