The Denman Community Land Trust Association reported to the Local Trust Committee on May 1 that it was seeking information for its application, and said the Ministry of Transportation and Infrastructure had stated it would accept a potable water waiver given by the committee. [1]
The committee minutes say a representative of the association expressed concern that harmonizing provincial water licensing with the Water Assessment Terms of Reference would not help and could delay the process. [1]

The minutes record that the association asked about amending its Development Variance Permit application and whether the information provided so far was suitable to expedite it. A planner suggested discussing those issues after the meeting. [1]
