The Denman soccer tournament has 22 teams registered across its 16-plus co-ed, 35-plus co-ed and family divisions, according to a tournament preview in this week’s Grapevine.^[1]

The preview says the event is in its 11th year and has raised more than $44,000 for the Community Sports Field Association. The money raised goes toward maintaining the sports field and sponsoring activities related to active living.^[1]

The tournament is scheduled for this weekend; the Grapevine’s coming-events listing includes the Denman Readers and Writers Festival but does not give soccer tournament times.^[1]
