A rezoning application for a Denman Housing Association project proposing up to 25 homes, including 20 rent-controlled affordable units, came before the Local Trust Committee on November 20.[1]
Staff recommended that the applicant provide more information about groundwater supply, sewage disposal and protection of environmentally sensitive areas on the properties.[1]
Speaking for the association, Simon Palmer said approvals were needed by June, 2019, under conditions of its BC Housing grant.[1]
