A rezoning application from the Denman Housing Association seeks to reduce density on one parcel and increase it on another to allow up to 25 dwellings, including 20 rent-controlled affordable homes, according to the November 20 Local Trust Committee minutes.[1]
Regional Planning Manager Ann Kjerulf presented a staff report recommending that the applicant provide further information about groundwater supply, sewage disposal and protection of environmentally sensitive areas.[1]
