The Denman Island Local Trust Committee tasked trustees Laura Busheikin and David Critchley with investigating and recommending new signage at the Buckley Bay ferry terminal, including its location.[1]

Regional Planning Manager Ann Kjerulf told the November 20 meeting that BC Ferries had been contacted about the location of a new electronic sign and had responded with a request for proposals.[1]

Trustees discussed alternative locations for the Islands Trust sign that could improve its visibility, as well as possible changes to its wording.[1]
