More than 100 people gathered at the Activity Centre on Saturday to honour Peter Marshall’s retirement from the Denman Fire Department after 30 years of volunteer service.[1]
The celebration included tributes to Marshall’s work with the department and First Responder teams, as well as stories about his community volunteering and practical jokes.[1]
Fire Chief Don Luckett hosted the proceedings, which included music and speeches from people who had worked and volunteered with Marshall.[1]
