Blackberry Lane, described in the newsletter as the island’s only licensed daycare and preschool, is preparing a bake sale for the Denman Island Christmas Craft Faire on November 30 and December 1. ^[1]

Kerri Boland wrote that donations of baked goods would be accepted starting at 9:00 on Saturday and throughout the weekend. The preschool table is also planned to offer bags and cards featuring children’s art, along with coffee and chai tea. ^[1]
