Residents expressed differing views about the Denman Community Land Trust Association’s Seniors Affordable Housing project and the Denman Housing Association’s Denman Green proposal at the January 21 Local Trust Committee meeting, according to the minutes.[1]

On the seniors housing project, comments included support for site-specific zoning and objections to including it in a proposed R4 zone; speakers also urged that the project not be delayed.[1]

On Denman Green, comments raised concerns about water supply, consultation, affordability and fire risk, while other comments opposed the project’s location.[1]

The minutes record these as public comments; they do not establish the claims made in those comments as findings.[1]
