The Denman General Store said it was asking customers to leave two metres between themselves and others where possible, avoid coming in if sick or recently returned from overseas, and call in orders if they could not arrange pickup. The store said it would shop for customers and arrange delivery at no charge.[1]

Denman Hardware said it was remaining open on a day-to-day basis and described handwashing and counter disinfection measures. It asked people who were unwell or quarantining after travel to arrange for someone else to collect supplies, or call to discuss delivery.[1]

Abraxas said it intended to stay open while there was a discernible community need and it was safe to do so, while monitoring the situation and taking precautions. It said customers could place orders by phone or through its website and send printing materials by email.[1]
