Roof work at the Denman Activity Centre is scheduled to begin in the next few weeks and take about two weeks, according to a community notice in this week’s Grapevine. [1]
The notice says the centre hired IRC Building Sciences Group last spring to assess the roof, and the assessment suggested replacing the shingled Mansard portion this year. CJ Roofing of Qualicum Beach has been contracted for the work. [1]
The notice also reports that the upstairs gym has received new lighting and ceiling fans. [1]
