The Denman Island Local Trust Committee has advertised a proposed renewal of a temporary use permit allowing residential use of a secondary dwelling unit, with a decision scheduled for consideration at an electronic business meeting on May 19. [1]

The notice says the proposed renewal could run for up to three years, after which the owner would need to reapply or apply to rezone the property. [1]

Written comments are invited before 4 p.m. May 18, and the notice says comments will be available for public review. [1]
