The Denman Island Local Trust Committee discussed the Denman Green affordable-housing application at its November 3 meeting, after the applicant asked trustees to advance the rezoning process and schedule community consultation before the next regular meeting.[1]

Trustees said they were willing to hold a special meeting if appropriate after the Island Health water-source approval was submitted for their review.[1]
The committee’s minutes record that the application’s amended proposed bylaws were presented for consideration of first reading; the excerpt provided does not record the outcome of that consideration.[1]
