The Denman Island Local Trust Committee gave first reading to proposed bylaws for the Denman Green affordable-housing project at its Nov. 3 meeting, according to the meeting minutes. [1]
The committee also scheduled a community information meeting for Nov. 24 at 7 p.m. and a public hearing for Dec. 8 at 7 p.m. [1]
The minutes say the proposed bylaws concern rezoning and a housing agreement; the committee’s first reading does not itself approve the project. [1]
