The Denman Island Post Office says it is handling a heavy volume of mail and asks customers to wait on the porch until signalled, with people waiting for the post office on the left side and store shoppers on the right.[1]

The notice says only one person can be served at a time under COVID protocols and asks customers to wear a mask at the General Store and post office.[1]

For outgoing U.S. and international parcels, the post office asks customers to enter customs information online before bringing parcels in, where possible.[1]

The notice also asks residents expecting parcels to check their community mail boxes daily so the parcel bins can be emptied; it says space at the post office is limited.[1]
