Willo Walker died at Victoria Hospital on Christmas night from complications following recent emergency heart surgery, according to a notice in this week’s Grapevine.^[1]

The notice said Walker’s wife, Fiona, described him as the love of her life. It also said people on Denman and elsewhere had been touched by his generosity, his work as a traditional Chinese medicine healer and his friendship.^[1]

The notice said his loss left a painful void and that he would be missed.^[1]
