Hamish Kimmins died peacefully at home on April 8, according to a family notice published in the April 15 Islands Grapevine.^[1]

The notice said Kimmins lived with a glioblastoma diagnosis for almost 11 years and remained energetic until the end.^[1]

The family thanked Denman’s home-support team, paramedics, Green Cemetery team and fire department, and said it hoped to hold a celebration of his life in the fall.^[1]
