Community Hall schedules two days of Denman performances

A free program of music, poetry, short stories and performance is scheduled for July 16 and 17 at the Community Hall.

The Islands Grapevine announced a two-day community event at Denman’s Community Hall for Friday, July 16 and Saturday, July 17, with afternoon and evening performances by local participants. ^[1]

The notice said attendance was limited to 110 each day and that registration was not required. Masks were recommended indoors, and wine and beer were to be available before the program, during the break and after the evening show. ^[1]

Food during the break was to be catered by Sharon Clarke, with proceeds from food purchases donated to Pepper Lane, the seniors housing project of the Denman Community Land Trust Association. ^[1]
