The Denman Island Local Trust Committee gave third reading on September 7 to an amended housing agreement bylaw for the Denman Community Land Trust Association. ^[1]

The amendments include changing the association’s address in the bylaw and revising eligibility language for affordable dwelling units, including provisions for Indigenous elders. ^[1]

The committee also resolved to forward the bylaw to the Islands Trust Executive Committee for approval. ^[1]
