The Denman Local Trust Committee discussed a housing proposal from the Denman Housing Association at a special meeting on November 2, with staff reporting that several items remained pending.[1]
Those items included approval for a water licence, confirmation of adequate sewage-disposal capacity for the Danes Road receiver parcels, a policy-statement checklist and an internal review of the proposed water-management plan.[1]
A trustee expressed concern that documentation supporting key elements was lacking, while staff recommended first reading to advance the referral process.[1]
The committee deferred second reading, saying referral responses, community input and pending documents and analysis might inform changes.[1]
