The Denman Island Local Trust Committee endorsed a draft community questionnaire for its Farming Regulation Review Project and released up to $2,000 for advertising and mailing it to residents and property owners. The committee also directed staff to schedule and advertise a community information meeting in the spring.[1]
At a February 15 special meeting, the committee discussed proposed amendments to bylaws for the Denman Housing Association’s Denman Green project, including reduced parking requirements in response to site constraints. A representative of the association supported the proposed reduction.[1]
The minutes record that the committee generally endorsed the questionnaire subject to changes discussed at the meeting. They do not record a decision on the proposed Denman Green amendments in the available text.[1]
