The Denman Island Local Trust Committee generally endorsed a draft Farming Regulation Community Questionnaire at a special meeting on February 15, subject to changes discussed there.^[1]

The committee also approved releasing up to $2,000 from the project budget for advertising and mailing the questionnaire to Denman residents and property owners.^[1]

The minutes say the committee directed staff to work with the consultant to schedule and advertise a community information meeting in the spring. The questionnaire discussion included concerns about its length and complexity, and proposed edits on topics including secondary dwellings and tourism accommodation in the Agricultural Land Reserve.^[1]
