Denman’s Local Trust Committee asked staff to prepare revised draft bylaws for consideration at a later meeting, following a July 27 discussion of the Farm Regulations Review Project.[1]
The committee’s request included limiting agri-tourism accommodation to no more than four tents or RV sites and no more than one cabin per property, with setbacks for those uses.[1]
The meeting minutes say the project’s next steps included receiving feedback on recommended changes, making final revisions and presenting a proposed farm bylaw to the committee.[1]
