The Denman Conservancy Association says its annual book sale raised $3,405.70 in donations for maintaining conservation lands on Denman Island. [1]

In its October newsletter, the association thanked islanders who donated books, helped sort them and came to buy them. It described the sale as its most successful yet. [1]

The association said leftover books would be donated to the Rotary Club for its book sale. It also said new maps of Denman’s protected areas network would be available to order. [1]
