CoHo Landing has scheduled a community information meeting for Tuesday, March 21, at 7 p.m. in the Activity Centre Lounge to present its rezoning plans and hear feedback.[1]
The notice says the proposal seeks to increase capacity from 15 to 20 homes and allow secondary suites.[1]
At a February Local Trust Committee meeting, Laura Busheikin, representing Triple Rock Land Cooperative, described exploring five additional units, secondary suites and changes to accessory-building limits.[2] Staff estimated that a rezoning application might take a minimum of 12 to 18 months once complete, according to the minutes.[2]
