The Denman Island Community Education Society says it will not offer spring-break camps after it did not receive the funding it had hoped for. [1]
The society says community programs will pause while the school is closed for spring break and resume after Easter. [1]
Its food bank is seeking dog food, fresh vegetables and protein, including canned tuna; donations can be dropped off during Thursday food-bank hours at the Hub. [1]
