The bakery’s owners say a shoulder injury is prompting them to stop baking bread for the market and prepare a food trailer for downtown Denman.

The owners of Denman’s bakery say they are changing their business after Bronwynne was diagnosed with two tears in her shoulder tendons, making baking as usual painful.^[1]

They wrote that they plan to renovate a used food trailer and serve falafel in pita, sides and vegan ice cream downtown.^[1]

The owners said their goal is to open for the May long weekend, with a possible soft opening before then.^[1]
