The Denman Island Community Education Society says its food bank drive over the Easter long weekend brought in food and toiletry items, laptops and financial contributions, raising just over $3,000. [1]
The society said the funds would keep the food bank well-stocked for at least three months. [1]
Food donations can be dropped off on Thursdays between 4 p.m. and 7 p.m., the society said. [1]
