Students in the grade 5-6-7 class at Denman Island Community School scheduled a plant sale for Saturday, May 13, at the farmers market to raise money for a class trip to Victoria.^[1]

The sale is scheduled from 9:30 to 12:30 and will include plants, busking, nail-painting, artwork and Mother’s Day cards.^[1]

The class plans to stay in the residences at UVic and visit local attractions, according to the notice.^[1]
