The Denman Community Land Trust Association says it has reached an agreement with the Denman Housing Association for five units in the 20-unit Denman Green project to be dedicated exclusively for seniors.[1]
The association says it lost the land intended for its Pepper Lane seniors affordable housing project earlier this year, and reports finding an alternative property for a seniors housing project.[1]
It plans to share details at its annual general meeting on Sunday, Sept. 17, at 11 a.m. at the Community Hall.[1]
