A large crowd attended Denman Island’s Fall Faire despite cold and wind, according to a report in this week’s Grapevine. The field was packed with parked cars, and a line of traffic stretched nearly to Strachan Road.[1]
Children made 40 zucchini vehicles for the races, and the parade included floats and a bagpiper. The report said Amani Marimba could not attend this year.[1]
The Faire’s theme was “Friends and Allies,” the report said.[1]
