The Association for Denman Island Marine Stewards has scheduled its annual shoreline cleanup for October 28 to November 4. The notice calls for volunteers to clean Denman shorelines. [1]

The notice says a volunteer registration table is planned at the Old School Market on October 28, debris drop-off at the Old School from November 1 through November 4, and a final sorting event on November 4. [1]

It says the Comox Valley Regional District will provide a disposal bin at the Old School and that collected debris is to be transported to the Pigeon Lake dump’s Marine Debris Sorting Area. [1]
