The Denman Island Local Trust Committee received the Housing Advisory Planning Commission’s final report and a guide to it at its November 14 meeting. [1]
The committee asked staff to print twelve or more copies of the report and guide for community distribution, and to post them with related correspondence on the Denman Island Projects web page. [1]
Trustees also asked staff to analyze the commission’s recommendations and schedule a special meeting by Zoom at the beginning of 2024 to discuss options and next steps. [1]
The minutes say a community information meeting could introduce the report with visual aids; staff’s analysis and a special meeting are to come before that meeting. [1]
