Denman’s Local Trust Committee asked staff to analyze the Housing Advisory Planning Commission’s recommendations and schedule a special meeting to discuss options and next steps.^[1]

The committee received the commission’s final report and a guide to it at its November meeting. Trustees discussed possible public information and a community information meeting, including visual aids to explain proposed policies.^[1]

The minutes say the special meeting was to be scheduled via Zoom at the beginning of 2024. They do not record that the meeting had taken place by January 11.^[1]
