Denman Island’s Local Trust Committee adopted two bylaws at its May 7 special meeting, and the June 4 minutes record the adoptions as completed.[1]
At the June 4 meeting, trustees reviewed an application concerning Komas Ranch Ltd. The staff report said the existing land use contract terminates June 30, 2024, and the application proposes increasing the allowable number of single-family dwellings on two lots from nine to 20, with an accessory guest dwelling permitted for each.[1]
The June 4 minutes also record that trustees endorsed a revised project charter for Phase 2 of Stage 2 of the Denman Island Housing Review Project.[1]
