The Denman Island Local Trust Committee discussed a rezoning application for Komas Ranch Ltd. at its June 4 meeting.[1]

The staff report summary says the application proposes increasing the allowable number of single-family dwellings on two lots from 9 to 20, with each permitted dwelling allowed one accessory guest dwelling of no more than 400 square feet.[1]

The application also requests rezoning part of one lot from Rural to Conservation/Recreation, the minutes say.[1]
