The Denman Island Local Trust Committee asked staff to prepare draft amendments to the Official Community Plan and Land Use Bylaw to enable a Denman Conservancy Association rezoning application.[1]
The December minutes describe the application as seeking to rezone four parcels from forestry to conservation; one parcel is split-zoned between forestry and agriculture and is in the Agricultural Land Reserve.[1]
The committee also asked staff to send an early referral to the Islands Trust Conservancy and Agricultural Land Commission for comment.[1]
