BC Ferries is seeking feedback on a proposed summer schedule trial that would shift the second vessel’s sailing time by one hour on Monday through Thursday, while leaving Friday’s schedule unchanged.[1]

The notice says the trial is scheduled for June 19 to September 1, 2025. The proposed adjusted schedule lists the second vessel, Kahloke, as sailing from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Thursday; the no-change option lists 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Both options list Friday as 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.[1]

The notice says additional sailings are not being considered as part of the trial. Feedback is due April 22, and the notice directs residents to an online poll and discussion forum or a paper form available on vessels and at the terminals.[1]
