The Denman Island Local Trust Committee endorsed a revised project charter for its Housing Review Project at a special electronic meeting on May 8.^[1]

The committee also asked staff to integrate Official Community Plan technical amendments and a First Nations acknowledgement update into the project and prepare an updated charter reflecting that work.^[1]

The minutes record preferences for future public engagement, including an evening online presentation, paper and online comment forms, and an in-person evening or weekend session.^[1]
