The Denman Island Local Trust Committee gave first and second readings to proposed bylaws connected to the Triple Rock Land Cooperative application at its May 20 meeting.[1]
The application seeks four additional dwelling units, bringing the total to 19, with associated secondary suites and an updated housing agreement intended to encourage long-term affordability, according to the meeting minutes.[1]
The committee also asked staff to schedule a community information meeting before a public hearing and to refer a proposed Official Community Plan amendment to First Nations, local governments and agencies for comment.[1]
