A by-donation dinner was scheduled for Sept. 30 at 4 p.m. at the Back Hall, according to a notice in The Islands Grapevine.[1]
The notice said proceeds could help finance a legal process for Haitian refugee children in the Dominican Republic to become citizens. It said the children had lost access to education and medical care because they lacked citizenship.[1]
The notice said the dinners were planned every two weeks and invited people to help with fundraising.[1]
