The Denman Island Local Trust Committee gave third reading to proposed bylaws for the Triple Rock Land Cooperative at a special meeting on February 17, according to adopted minutes.[1]

The minutes say the proposed changes include four additional residential units, permission for secondary suites in all units and a housing agreement securing 19 cooperative units as affordable housing. The committee also considered public feedback and environmental impacts.[1]

The minutes record that proposed Bylaws 255 and 250 received third reading. The supplied minutes excerpt ends during the resolution for Bylaw 254, so it does not establish the outcome of that resolution.[1]
