The Denman Island Local Trust Committee gave third readings to proposed bylaws for the Triple Rock Land Cooperative at a February 17 special meeting, according to the adopted minutes. [1]

The bylaws cover an Official Community Plan amendment, land-use changes and a housing agreement securing 19 cooperative units as affordable housing. The land-use changes include four additional residential units and allow secondary suites in all units. [1]

The minutes say the committee considered environmental impacts, water use and wastewater systems. They also record that the applicant said financing discussions had taken place but no financing was in place. [1]
