The Denman Island community beach cleanup lists Thursday and Friday, April 23 and 24, as the final days to drop off beach debris at the Old School.[1]

Volunteers are scheduled to gather there on Saturday, April 25, from 9:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. to sort debris, pack it into tagged super sacks and load the sacks into containers for transport to Ocean Legacy marine recycling.[1]

The notice asks volunteers to bring gloves and says some will be available. It also offers pickup assistance for debris.[1]
