Several members of the public spoke in support of the 3Ravens Land Share Non-Profit Affordable Housing Cooperative application at the June 23 Local Trust Committee meeting, according to the draft minutes.[1]

Speakers described housing insecurity and a rental market they called unstable, and said cooperative housing could offer an option beyond privately owned single-family homes. One speaker said the project should move forward in a timely manner.[1]

Other comments raised questions about water management and an ecological covenant. One speaker said each household was responsible for its own rainwater collection and use, and suggested the covenant’s objectives could be achieved by other means.[1]

The minutes record public comments, not a decision on the application.[1]
