Two affordable housing projects are underway on Denman Island. The seniors affordable housing project in the village area is awaiting draft bylaw language and policy decisions. The 20-unit Denman Housing Association project is exploring rainwater collection as a water source and has been referred to the Advisory Planning Commission for comment.
